Explore the parks with ease from this central location. Drive just 15 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Resort.
Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There s a Super Walmart pretty close, and a Publix within a couple of miles. Eat inside or out.
After dinner, pile into the comfy living area for a movie on the SmartTV, take the kids for one more dip in the pool.
Guest access
You have sole access to your entire two-story villa. At Emerald Island Resort, you will also have year-round access to a shared, heated swimming pool and hot tub. A fitness center keeps your workout routine on-track, and a kid s play area keeps the little ones occupied while you work out.
Our multilingual staff are on-hand to help your vacation runs smoothly.
Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Emerald Island Resort does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. Once you arrive at the resort, please go to the clubhouse and buy the parking pass for $25. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning.
Getting around
A car is recommended, but not necessary. Guests can park in the guest lot, which is first-come, first-served. Uber and Lyft are also widely available.
You have sole access to your entire condo. You will also have year-round access to a shared, heated swimming pool and hot tub.
Our multilingual staff are on-hand to help your vacation runs smoothly.
POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $45 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay).
ATTENTION: This house doesn t have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.
POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated parking spaces.
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
TRASH DISPOSAL: During your stay, you may use the dumpster located near your rental property to dispose of trash (properly bagged and tied). Please make sure that the garbage goes into the compressor - i.e. side door. Never leave trash outside the dumpster. Please read and follow the trash disposal rules posted inside your property. Failure to comply may result in a $100 fine. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding proper trash disposal.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
