  • Parking: Street parking is available in front of the house on a first-come, first-served basis
Important Note:
Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 3 registered vehicles. Parking must be in designated areas only. Please adhere to these rules to avoid towing, fines, or denied entry.

Important information for your arrival:

  • Self-check-in
    • Check-in: 4:00pm
    • Check-out: 10:00am

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

  • Modern, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with new stainless appliances. Cookware and utensils are also provided for your convenience.
  • Open-concept, family-friendly layout.
  • Iron, washer dryer
  • Pack n Play and highchair available upon request with no extra cost (An additional set can be provided for a fee of $35.)
  • Comfortable appointed beds
  • Private pool (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD per day)
  • BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of cleaning)
  • Pet-friendly with a non-refundable $135 fee per pet, if bringing a pet
  • Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)
  • Access to the newly opened amenity center with a lazy river, splash pad, fitness center, 9 hole putt-putt golf course, water slides, and so much more!

  • We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
    • 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
    • 1 hand soap per bathroom
    • 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
    • 1 sponge in the kitchen
    • 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
    • 1 paper towel in the kitchen
    • 1 laundry detergent
    • 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Please note that washcloths are not included, they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines for your comfort:

POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.

ATTENTION: This house has no jacuzzi; the jets and hot tub (spa) area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
