Welcome to your home away from home. This beautiful home is located in SW Cape Coral on Lake Kennedy with Sun Splash Water park not too far away. Cape Coral is also building a beautiful new Raqcuet Club within walking distance of Sunrest102.
The home features 3 Bedrooms, an Office/Den for additional guests and 2 and a half bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed and direct access to the pool area. A TV with Comcast Cable is also provided in the Master Suite. The Master Bathroom features his and hers sinks, stand alone shower and a Tub with plenty of space.
All other bedrooms can be found on the opposite side of the house with Guest Bedroom 1 featuring a queen sized bed and TV and its own Pool access. Guest Bedroom 2 will have 2 Twin beds for our smaller guests. Both Guest Bedrooms share a bathroom between them with his and hers sinks and Shower/Tub Combo.
The Office/Den room is located at the entry and features a desk for when work cannot wait and also has a pull out sofa bed and TV in case the extra room is needed. The formal dining room comfortably seats 6 and has access to the pool area.
The living room space features nice leather seating and TV for relaxed evening movies or just to sit back and read a book. The kitchen is overseeing the living room and its open style allows for easy entertainment at the Eat-in kitchen bar. A small breakfast area can be found near the kitchen access to the pool area and kitchen counter space serves as additional seating.
The pool is electric heated with a beautiful view of Lake Kennedy, a gas grill for great outdoor BBQing by the pool and plenty of lounging space to catch some sun. For convenience there is an outdoor shower and a pool bathroom with Sink and Toilet.
Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
