POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated parking spaces.
SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.
VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies or replenishments to those listed above will be the responsibility of the guest; one (1) garbage bag.
