How do I access my key?
Download Priority Key onto your mobile device. Open the Priority Key app, and register with Salto KS using your email address. After successfully registering you will gain access to your key. Your key will be unavailable until your check-in time. If available, early check-in or late checkout can be arranged for $75. Call 504-648-7370.
I am traveling with multiple people, how can I share my key?
Keys can be shared with up to 6 guests. After successfully registering and logging in to Priority Key, click the share key option. Enter the guest's email address. The guest will need to follow the email instructions to register Priority Key. The key will be unavailable until check-in time.
What is the pet policy?
No animals or pets of any kind are allowed on the premises.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All rental amounts paid are non-refundable unless a mandatory evacuation of New Orleans is issued during the dates of your rental period. There are no refunds for shortened stays or ruined expectations due to weather, work emergencies, family emergencies, or other commitments. My Southern Comfort offers alternative dates for reservations canceled 30 days prior to stay.
Is there an age requirement to book?
Yes. There must be at least one adult of 25 years or older in the tenant's party.
